A holistic health coach takes a HOLISTIC approach to your healing meaning I am not focused on the issue you are arriving to me with, I am focused on the root cause. For example if someone comes to me with gut health issues I do a deeper dive into the solar plexus chakra before we even touch on your diet I will ask you questions that will pertain to being in your power, when and where you may have given your power away. Usually when we are dealing with disease in the physical body there is often a deeper route cause. My purpose it to help you get to the root and from there we create a plan for your journey.

It begins with the awareness that anything you have tried has not yet worked. I was guided to holistic healthy myself because I was struggling with acid reflux and major gut health issues. I was given pills to help it but eventually they stopped working and carrying around a bottle of liquid stomach medicine was not cute in my 20s. The issue was bigger then the acid reflux, that was simply the symptom and my body trying to alert me that something was wrong. When working with the Holy Fire Reiki Healing I begin by scanning your chakras. I take note if they are balanced or imbalances. Imagine a spinning wheel, we want that wheel to be moving clockwise at a nice steady pace. If its not moving at all there is likely a block to work on and if it is spinning counterclockwise or moving overly fast we also want to take a look at any imbalances so we can correct them and reset the energy center. Each chakra or energy center will present imbalances in different ways. Someone who may struggle with an addictive personality or codependency issues may have a root imbalance while someone who is blocked creatively or uses sexuality to get a desired outcome may have a sacral imbalance. An imbalance in the solar plexus can look like gut health issues and an imbalance in the heart will often look like seeking love and validation from others. A blocked or imbalanced throat chakra will have you either not speaking up or talking over people just to be seen and heard like a child having a tantrum.
