The 1:1 Glow Up Session is a personalized 60-minute energetic healing experience designed to help you clear emotional and energetic blocks, reconnect with your truth and activate your next level of growth, purpose and glow.

What’s Included in Your 1:1 Glow Up Session?
We begin with a short check-in to feel into where you are emotionally, spiritually, physically, mentally and energetically. From there, I intuitively design your healing based on what you’re ready to release, receive, and rise into.
Your session may include:
Holy Fire Reiki: A powerful form of Reiki energy healing that works on a soul-deep level to dissolve fear, trauma, and energy blocks while filling your system with divine light. Clients often report visions, past life memories, or profound peace during this portion.
Sound Healing: Using crystal alchemy sound bowls and vocal toning to rebalance your nervous system, activate your chakras, and restore harmony in the body and mind.
Chakra Alignment: We identify where energy is stuck and restore flow through each chakra—your body’s energetic power centers. This helps release limiting beliefs and restore emotional balance.
Timeline Clearing + Intuitive Guidance: I guide you through energetic clearing across timelines (ancestral, past life, childhood, relationships) to help dissolve root patterns, emotional loops, or subconscious blocks.
Energetic Downloads + Integration: I channel messages and energy codes that are uniquely meant for you, helping you ground into your purpose, your vision, and your next-level glow.
