Vanilla Banana Chia Pudding

A protein packed breakfast you can make at night, sounds like the answer to all of our morning rush problems. While I love my smoothie bowls I have been switching things up a little to make my morning schedule run a little smoother. Last night I threw together this pudding and it was ready to go when I was this morning.

Vanilla Banana Chia Pudding

Servings - 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, mashed

  • 1 packet Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 4 T chia seeds

Instructions:

In a bowl or resealable container place banana and mash until smooth. Next add protein powder and chia seeds, mix well to combine. Add milk and stir. Seal container or use two containers give it a shake and place the mixture in the fridge overnight. (I like to use mason jars)

In the morning remove the pudding from the fridge and top with fresh berries.
